Do you cater to vegetarian and vegan requests?

We do! We offer both vegetarian and vegan options for our grazing boxes. When you make an order, you can select from a variety of dietary requirements. However, unfortunately, our dessert boxes and scones include dairy, so these are likely only suitable for vegetarians.

 

Are you able to cater to a custom box request?

If you are looking for a customised order, please email us at hello@platterpantry.com, and we will do our best to cater to your request.

Which areas do you offer delivery?

We have a selected area that we deliver to, covering the majority of the eastern side of Melbourne. If you would like delivery to a location outside of our zone, we offer a pick-up option from Camberwell. Alternatively, we can assist you whilst arranging an Uber Courier to collect and deliver your order.

 

Why is the date I'm selecting unavailable?

If your chosen date is unavailable, then we are unfortunately most likely fully booked. You are welcome to contact us at hello@platterpantry.com for further information regarding this.

 

Do you offer corporate catering and grazing box options?

We do! We can fulfil up to 200 bulk orders in one day and can assist with delivery if required. We calculate deliveries by grouping similar locations into one route to save you costs. Deliveries outside our zoning will incur an additional fee. Please note that we will need approximately two weeks notice for orders over 100.
